Steve Hilton has been serving as the Technical Director and R&D Team Member for RevMax Performance for 3.5 years. His prior experience includes positions as Service Manager and Marketing Assistant at L&R Transmissions Inc. for 11 years and as Shop Foreman at Flow Automotive for 15.5 years.
His credits and recognition include being a Former ASE Master Certified w/L1, C1 add ons, Former Gold Member of the GM Service Guild, and a recipient of the Top 40 GM Electronics Tech Award. Steve has earned multiple certifications in transmission diagnostics and SHRM Leadership certifications.
Steve resides in Lake Wylie, South Carolina with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, fishing, and hunting; along with actively serving in his local Church on the security team.
Steve enjoys the performance and aftermarket industry and the challenges it brings with new technology. He applies his diverse background and knowledge to help grow the industry in these greatly challenging times.
