H.R. 906, REPAIR Act, was marked-up and voted out of the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Innovation, Data, and Commerce late last year. The REPAIR Act now awaits consideration by the full Energy and Commerce Committee.
As directed by our lead sponsor, Congressman Dunn, our coalition drafted a letter of support for REPAIR that was sent to all Energy and Commerce Committee Members July 8th.

MEMA continues to meet with Energy and Commerce Committee Members to push for mark-up during the month of July.
