Former TCRA President, Jeff Stuck, is the Converter Manager for Certified Transmission in Omaha, Nebraska. Jeff entered the workforce directly out of high school, and tested the waters in construction and general auto repair before joining Certified Transmission in 1990 as a machine operator/welder. At that time, the torque converter department was in its infancy; but with growth, comes opportunity. As the converter department expanded, Jeff took on the additional responsibility being named manager in 1998.

In 2007, opportunity knocked again when Jeff was asked to join the TCRA Board of Directors. During his time on the Board, he has served on multiple committees with significant focus on the seminar planning committee. Jeff was elected President of the Association in 2009 and serving in this position until 2015.

As a member, Director, and President, Jeff has benefited from the relationships he has developed through the years with fellow converter rebuilders. Knowing that the strength in any Association is in its membership; maintaining these relationships is key to its future. He continues to work towards improvements in creating technical information and delivery of this information through the web and electronic media.

Additional industry goals include continued growth in the international market, increasing member involvement, and development of the young future leaders of the Association. When stepping outside the industry, Jeff spends his time hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding, and coaching local youths in football.
